About Andrea
Founder, Real Gravitas · Co-Founder, DisruptHER for Women
Most people talk about reinventing their career. Andrea actually did it, leaving over a decade in institutional finance, including investment banking, equity research, and institutional sales, to build three ventures of her own, all while raising her four children.
The move was not about escaping finance so much as wanting more out of life: the chance to help people, women at first and increasingly men as well, move from feeling stuck to unstuck, both personally and professionally. That belief shaped every workshop she has since designed, each built around a different piece of that shift: owning your power, finding your voice, and building the presence to advocate for yourself.
She is the Founder of Real Gravitas, which helps professionals build leadership presence, self-advocacy, and communication skills, from early-career through senior levels, through keynotes, workshops, and public speaking training, grounded in lived experience, not borrowed theory. She also co-founded DisruptHER for Women, Asia’s first platform for female empowerment across Career & Wealth, Relationships & Self, as well as Mind & Body.
Today she brings that same first-hand experience of reinvention to the stage as a keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, and public speaking trainer on leadership, career pivots, and personal growth. Her sessions combine personal story with practical, structured tools audiences can put into practice immediately, not just inspiration that fades by Monday.
